Overview

Roosevelt Alternative School is a short term disciplinary facility for students who have been reassigned for a violation of the Student Code of Conduct from their home campus to R.A.S.

Roosevelt Alternative School is located in Mission, Texas . Mission is located in one of the fastest growing areas of the United States. Mission is only a few miles from the Mexican/United States border and has a strong Hispanic culture. In Texas, Mission is also known in educational circles as having a school district that is consistently among the top school districts statewide in it's category. Mission has always been in the forefront in meeting or surpassing state educational mandates.

Roosevelt Alternative School has a staff of certified teachers and counselors. Students will receive instruction in the following core areas: Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Math, Teen Leadership and Physical Education/Health. No elective courses are offered at Roosevelt Alternative School.
